I'm so happy that we found Shane O'Grady and Life Changer Loan. It has always been a goal of ours to pay our mortgage off before retirement. I had read about similar loans over 10 years ago but was unable to find any banks that offered the All In One Loan at that time. So my wife and I love this loan. HOWEVER, it is not meant for everyone. if you are not good with money (borrowing money you don't have, using credit card debit, etc.) then this loan is not good. but if you are frugal and disciplined, then its amazing! we set it up so that we will pay off the house in 8-9 years, and we are actually ahead of that projection and only have about 6 left. (we started summer 2020).
